Appointment Reminders

NaturalTherapist/Pro allows you to send automatic appointment reminders by email.

Note that unlike the Desktop version of Therapist/Pro, reminders are not sent automatically but are sent by clicking the "Reminders" button on the "Appointments" screen.

To start using this function you must first set up the Email server settings as described in a previous section and then define your reminder settings as shown on the screen below.

Therapist

You can send up to three appointment reminders to each client by selecting values from the "First", "Second" and "Third" reminder drop down lists.

Email appointment reminder messages will have the subject line as "{your practice name} Appointment Reminder". The body of the email will contain the text specified which by default is

Hi {clientname},
This is a reminder that you have an appointment at {practicename}.
Your appointment is at {appointmentTime} on {appointmentDate} with {appointmentPractitioner}
Regards
{practicename}

If you change the email text, the special values enclosed in curly braces must be specified exactly as shown.

These keywords will be replaced when the email is created.
