Holiday Example

All practitioners attend a staff meeting between 10am and 11am every Wednesday starting on the 17th April 2015, a time when appointments would normally be taken.

Next to “Practitioner”, select “All”. Make sure that “all day event” is not selected.

Select the start and end times and select the start and end dates as 17th April 2015.

Select the Holiday Type as Meeting.

To create a new "Holiday Type", overtype the value in the Holiday Type drop down list and press the ENTER key, or the TAB key. Note, if you do not press enter or tab, the new value will be ignored.

When you click SAVE the new type will be added to the list of available types.

Scroll down to the Recurrence Pattern and select "Weekly" and select Wednesday.

Click the Save Button on the Toolbar.

Appointments may not be made at this time for any Practitioner.
