The “Practice Hours” screen allows you to enter your standard practice open days and times, and the minimum appointment duration.

Appointments may not be made outside of these hours.

Appointments are always made in multiples of the minimum duration specified here. If most of your appointments are 30 minutes but sometimes you have hour long consultations, set your appointment duration for 30 minutes.
