Each user that is defined to the system can be given one or more of the following authorities

• Admin
• Users
• Clients
• Appointments
• Stock
• Prescriptions
• Herbs
• Conditions
• Invoices
• Reports
• Care Records

If a user attempts to access a function within the system for which that user is not authorised they will be presented with a screen similar to the one below.
