Appointments
The Appointment System allows you to enter appointments for individual practitioners.
This section
has many features. Practitioner availability is recorded and easily updated in 'Administration'. This is also where your
clinic opening hours are recorded as well as Public Holidays, Training Days, Annual Leave to name a few options.
The system
prevents you from adding an appointment when a practitioner is not available once you have set up your practitioner availability and
clinic operating times.
You are able to set SMS, email (& skype) appointment reminders so they operate automatically. All
these features are set up in the Administration System of NaturalTherapist/Pro.

bothered with paper or manual systems.
Search functions allow you to find a clients appointment when they call you with the all too familiar cry of "I have an appointment
but I can't remember when".
