Client Care System
The Client Care System provides you with a total client management tool allowing you to maintain medical,
consultation and treatment information for your clients. The visit screens allow you to choose which discipline a practitioner
is providing for the client from Herbalist, Naturopath, Acupuncturist, Iridologist, Remedial Massage Therapist, Aromatherapist,
Nutritionist and Bowen Therapist.
This is the first screen of the comprehensive Client Care System.
Medical History
Enter detailed information about your clients family & personal history and medical indications. This is a
free text area and the length of text is unlimited.
Client Details
Enter information about your client including occupation, marital status, blood type, country of birth,
next of kin, medical practitioner and referred by. In this screen there is also an option to access any scans or test results such
Blood tests for your client (Client Scans). This feature supports a paperless office.

Care Records record the details of each visit.
There are currently five types of care records for you to choose from Consultation, Massage, Acupuncture Iridolology and Sclerology. Ideal for multi disciplinary practitioners or clinics.
Diet
Record details of your clients current diet and lifestyle, as well as notes on your findings
Consultation Care Record
This screen is suitable for Herbalists, Naturopaths, Aromatherapists and Bowen Therapists. It includes
Reason for Visit, Current Complementary/ Medical treatments, Prescription Medicines, Treatment Plan & Notes
Massage Care Record
This screen is suitable for remedial Massage Therapists providing images of the body system. Each
of the smaller images on the main screen expand with the click of a mouse. Using the mouse, you are then able to highlight problem
areas and make notes.
Acupuncture Care Record This screen is suitable for Acupuncturists providing images of the body system with meridian lines. Both smaller images on the main screen expand with the click of a mouse. Using the mouse, you are able to highlight treatment areas and make notes.
Iridology Care Record
This screen is suitable for Iridologists to record iris image findings on fixed images for comparison
over time including notes. The iris images on the main screen expand with the click of a mouse. Using the mouse, you are able to highlight
areas of your findings and make notes.
Use the supplied iris maps or upload your clients iris images.
Sclerology Care Record
This screen is suitable for Sclerologists to record sclera image findings or fixed images for comparison
over time including notes. The sclera images on the main screen expand with the click of a mouse. Using the mouse, you are able to
highlight areas of your findings and make notes.
